The online Admin Portal to manage your Companies and is made of two tiers

Firstly, as part of your company formation process, we automatically create a FREE ‘My Account Management’ area for you.  This enables you to log in and see the details of your company or companies at any time.

The ‘My Account Management’ Portal provides you with an overview of where your company is up to in the company formation process; for example; pending or incorporated  and of course, should you need to form more than one company, you can do so via your ‘My Account’ area, by simply logging back in.

Through your portal your can manage your details;

• You can pay your account on line,
• Allocate emails for billing separate from incorporations
• View order history
• Get copy invoices
• View payment history
  

Having direct access to yourcompany management portal allows you to keep up to date with the status of your company, with automatic reminders of key filing dates, such as the annual return.

This second tier of the ‘company manager’ area is also free, there is no charge made to you to have access to these useful filing and monitor resources.

You can electronically file with Companies House, free of charge, details of changes to your companies, including:

• The registered office
• Officer appointments
• Officer Terminations
• Change of officer details
• SAIL Address
• Change of accounting date
• Import client companies details using the CAC
  

Some services do carry charges and some have Companies House Filing Fees, these services include;

• Annual return filing
• Company name change
• Online shop for Plates & Seals
